Where exactly are you?
In the heart of Piccadilly and Soho. Piccadilly Circus is on
our left and Soho is on our right. A 30 second walk will take you to Piccadilly Circus underground station
(and also many other great clubs, bars, shops, sights, events...).

What time is check in / out?
You can arrive at any time, register and leave your bags in
our luggage room. Access to your room starts at 2pm. Check out
is 10am.
What time is breakfast available?
Breakfast is available from 7:30am from the breakfast room located on the 4th floor.
Can I bring my sleeping bag?
Of course you can bring it! But you might not need to use it
-You're bed comes complete with fresh clean linen sheets, blankets
and pillows - all included in the price!
Can I smoke?
With today's times, Piccadilly Backpackers is completely
NON-SMOKING. So for all the smokers out there, the only
smoking you'll be able to do is outside the building in front
of the Lobby.
Is there a bar?
Yes there is! The Midas touch is located a 2mins up the road. Ask staff for more details!
Do you have cooking facilities?
We have microwaves available 24hrs.
If your stomach is asking for other sorts of non-nutritious
there are vending machines for ice cold drinks, candy, chips,
and of course, CHOCOLATE!
We also know where the nearest and cheapest super-market is
for all your hunger needs!
Is it secure?
Yes. We have CCTV cameras inside and outside the building, 24-hour
security personal, and security doors. Reception is also open
24hrs for any problems that may arise during the night!
Where can I leave my things?
Every room has lockers for your personal belongings. Bring your own padlock, or you can buy one from reception, if your really want to lock up your valuables. On checkout you'll be able to leave your bags at the hostel.
Are the dorms / showers mixed
or single sex?
All of our dorms are mixed sex (male and female), except for our female only dorms. If you would like to be in a single sex room, we will do our best to see that there are only people of the same sex in your room, but cannot guarantee it. All showers and toilets are single sex. Either male only or female only. All the facilities are cleaned regularly and are open 24 hours!
Is there a minimum or maximum
age restriction?
We welcome all travellers over the age of 16 in our shared dorms
and quads, however - English Law requires a letter from a guarantor for persons between the ages 16 to 18 (this is an adult who can be responsible for you). Adults with children under the age of 16 must book a private room.
Why do you need the Security number when I make my booking?
For your security, we require the CVV2
Number (also referred to as the "Security Number") to help

How can I communicate with people?
We have payphones on every floor, high speed Internet access,
and fax facilities. Payphones accept cash only, and fax
is dependant on the country you are dialing.
I am arriving late. Is this
a problem?
Not a problem at all! Our reception is open 24-hours a day.
Of course if you would like to remind us that your still coming,
our reception and reservations team would love to say hello
and mark you down as definitely "arriving" on our lists.
How can I contact a guest at the hotel?
As we're a backpackers hostel, we don't have telephones in the
rooms. Your welcome to leave a message with reception and we'll
post a notice on the message board.
Can I 'walk-in' without a booking?
You can try! We try our best to find a bed for everyone that
walks through our doors!
What payment methods do you
accept?
We accept Visa and Master Card for online and telephone bookings.
Visa, Master Card, Switch, Solo, travellers Cheques and CASH!
What if I don't have a credit
card?
We can make a provisional booking for you but we can only hold
the booking until 6pm on the day of arrival, provided that you
are due to arrive on the same day.
What's your cancellation policy?
You must cancel 24 hours before the 2pm check-in to obtain a
full refund. If you cancel after this time, we will charge the
first night and refund the remainder of your booking.
